Brief Introduction of Automatic Horizontal Plastic PET Bottle Unscrambler:
The Bottle unscrambler is mainly made up of top bottle machine, turntable, bottle culling parts and bottle unscrambler parts.A large number of disordered bottles are put into the turntable by the upper bottle machine and passed through the conveyor belt to the bottle unscrambler , so that the bottle can be vertically transferred to the user's conveyor belt.
The automatic bottle unscrambler consists of a bottle machine, a bottle carousel, a bottle rejecting component, a bottler component and an electrical box. A large number of disordered bottles are put into the bottle carousel by the bottle machine and transferred to the bottle part through the conveyor belt so that the bottle can be erected to the user's conveyor belt. The model is compact in structure, simple in principle, mature in technology, and stable and reliable in all actions.
