Brief Introduction
The main machine is in round barrel frame case with adjustable stand support, the stand support is used for machine height and balance adjustment and there are air blower installed upside the framecase to blow bottles into bottle dropping groves. There is upside down bottle reverse device among the groves to make sure the correct bottle direction coming outside.
Working principle
Operator put bottles into the bottle elevator hopper or direct
supplying from blowing machines. When the bottle elevator is
started, the disordered bottles will be transferred top of the
unscrambler; along with the rotating and the air blower, the
disordered bottles will be blowed into bottle dropping groves. No
matter how the bottle drop inside the groves, the machine can
upside the anti-direction bottles outside.
Description of cap lifting machine
1, Main motor is in frequency control;
2, No matter how the bottles drop into groves, the machine can
upside the anti-direction bottles;
3, Special designed bottle dropping groves can be suitable for
small round bottles (within 600ml bottles) without change anything;
4, New design of machine; easy operation and maintenance;
5, There is repair window set under the frame case ,it is for
technician go inside for repair;
6, There is manual working process set inside ,so it will be easy
for checking and repair ;
7, There are 48pcs of bottle groves inside the machine. This will
help to enhance the production, and there is no bottle jam
happening when ordering bottles.
What are the characteristics of this bottle unscrambler?
1. Main motor reducer adopts torque limiting mechanism to prevent
machine damage in case of failure.
3. Adopt bottle mouth conveying air duct to avoid tipping the
bottle during conveying.
4. With the card bottle detector, card bottle automatically stop
and alarm.
5.A no-bottle detector is set to send a working signal to the
bottle elevator, which will automatically replenish the bottle.
6.The bottle air Conveyor is equipped with photoelectric switch to
control the start and stop of the bottle sorting machine.
7.The main motor is adjustable through the man-machine interface,
which can easily set the production speed and automatically start
and stop according to the status of the bottle on the air Conveyor.
8.The bottle sorting machine is equipped with oil injector, which
can easily lubricate the gears, bearings and cams.
9.With maintenance door and mold replacement door.
Air blowing device:
This machine adopts a two-way air blowing device to prevent the
bottle from entering the out bottle orbit.
Bottle removal device:
This machine is equipped with an automatic broken bottle rejection
device to automatically remove the squeezed or deformed bottle.
Touch screen:
This machine adopts Chinese and English touch screen, easy to learn
and easy to operate.
PLC:
This machine adopts PLC computer control, frequency conversion
speed regulation, adjust production capacity
The main electrical components (inverter, PLC, photoelectric
switch, relay) use components such as MITSUBISHOMRONSIEMENS.
Machine fixed part:
Polyurethane casters are used to move the machine without damaging
the floor, flexible and simple, and the brakes are fixed.convenient
machine movement position.
The bottom of the machine is equipped with an adjustment bracket
for adjusting the height and level of the machine.
