This automatic filling machine is equipped with magnetic pump,which can ensure the filling accuracy.The filling speed of each nozzle can be controlled separately. It has compact design, beautiful appearance,wide application field, and it worked with imported parts, so that the the machine has a good performance.The lifting filling nozzle can remove or reduce the bubbles during filling process. The guard rail on the conveyor belt can be adjusted according different bottle. when the detecting sensor detect the bottle, the control system will count and cylinder will block bottle in filling position. The material of magnetic pump is SUS316 and filling nozzle is SUS304, meet GMP standards. Easy to operate and maintain. Suitable for a variety of low viscosity and non-particulate liquids, such as: essential oils, alcohol, eye drops, syrups, makeup removers.
