Instructions:
This automatic liquid filling machine adopts gear pump filling,
suitable for essential oil, edible oil, water, beverage, daily
chemicals, cosmetics etc and other low viscosity liquids. The whole
machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, with novel and
beautiful appearance. This machine is accurate in measurement,
stable in filling and simple in operation. It is a multi-functional
liquid filling equipment, which is widely used in medicine, daily
chemical, catering, food, beverage and other industries.
Working principle:
The cylinder on the right side of the machine starts to resist the
way of the container, the conveyor belt drives the container to
slowly move to the right, the bottle is sensed by the sensor,
reaching 4/6/8/10 bottles, and the filling is started after a delay
of 2 seconds. After filling, the cylinder on the left starts and
the top Hold the empty bottle and retract the right cylinder at the
same time. After the bottle is full, continue to walk to the right.
At this time, the cylinder delay adjuster starts timing. When the
time is in place, the right cylinder extends and the left cylinder
retracts, and so on.

measurement and speed to fill the liquid into the container, the
measurement is accurate, and it is suitable for various liquids.

designed.

automatic induction filling, no bottle no filling, Each filling can
be fast first and slow later, bubble can be eliminated.
4. The operation panel is sealed and waterproof, and the parameters
can be set at the touch of a button.
5 The pump body is exquisitely designed without tools, easy to
disassemble and easy to clean.
6.The machine can be customized so that the filling head can go
deep into the bottom of the bottle, while filling, it will rise as
the filling volume increases until the end of the filling.
