Description
*The beverage mixer is designed to increase the proportion of water, syrup and carbon dioxide, using advanced foreign technology - electrostatic mixer, reduce the water layer, increase the carbonization time, ensure mixed drinks; deoxygenated carbon dioxide reflux, save carbon dioxide, can also achieve the purpose of deoxidation; The automatic control system of components such as mass pump and electrical appliances is perfect, with motor coordination, beautiful appearance, convenient cleaning and high degree of automation. It is suitable for many types of mixed drinks,such as soft drinks, juices, and cola.

| *Automation with Alarm:The pressure in all tank and the liquid level of the machine are all controlled automatically with PLC.Once a error occurs,the alarm lamp will light and the alarm ring will sound and will stop automatically. |
| *Even mixing and accurate proportion:One time mixing process is adopted,so the mixture is even.The mixing proportion of water and sugar is strictly controlled with measuring needle valve with fine regulation.Its precision can reach about 5%. |

The whole line
1.Water Treatment System:Raw water tank→Water resource pump→Silica sand filter→Active carbon filter→Precision filter→Reverse Osmosis→High-pressure pump→Oxidizing tower→Ozone generator→Stainless steel tank→Pipes and valves→Electric control
2.Filling machine: This machine works harmoniously with
air-conveyor belt (chain plate conveyor belt is optional), It holds
the bottles by the neck, thus, reducing the possibility of bottles
falling over during conveying process.
This machine is used to fill juice beverage into pet bottle and
with screw caps capping function.
This machine integrated three function: 1. Rinse the empty pet
bottle, 2. filling the rinsed bottles, 3. capping the filled bottle
3.Labeling Machine:It adopts double driving structure which is a new and advanced driving device for the thermal shrink sleeve machine, that is, four-wheel driving, self-centering and balanced pressure of four wheels. It can achieve the good effect of transmission of labels smoothly, stably and rapidly.
4.Packing Machine:It adopts the photoelectric sensor to detect online, gather signals which are controlled by PLC, and adopts piston as executable element, to realize product conveying, combination, film wrapping, cutting, heat& shrink, cool and finally get the finished product.
