Introduction of cheese making machine:
The small cheese making machine is composed of fresh milk
processing system, sterilization system and cheese processing
system. All the equipments we designed are made of stainless steel,
which is efficient and energy-saving, and can be matched with the
production of milk, yogurt and other dairy products. It integrates
a variety of products in one production line to reduce the use cost
for customers.

Milk cooling tank

It is used to store fresh milk at low temperature to ensure that
the quality of fresh milk will not be damaged. The whole tank is
made of food grade stainless steel and adopts imported
refrigeration compressor. Different cooling tanks can be customized according to the severity
of the environment.

Plate pasteurizer

It is fully automatic controlled by PLC computer, and the whole
body is made of high-quality stainless steel 304. All accessories
are well-known brands. Sterilization temperature is stable,
sanitary and environmental protection, and various automatic
control functions can be customized

Cheese making vat

The whole body is made of stainless steel 304, which can be used
for pasteurization and curd of fresh milk. It is equipped with
three stirring leaves for stirring and cutting curd. The service
life can be up to 10 years. Various automatic control functions can
be customized.

Cheese press

Made of all stainless steel 304, with automatic pressing cylinder,
the pressure can be adjusted, and the pressing die can also be
customized, with high efficiency.

Cheese cutter

Stainless steel 304 shell and PTFE base, automatic cylinder driven
cutting, and the mold can be customized according to the required
cheese size.
