
1. Description of Storage Rack Roll Forming Machine
Storage rack forming machine uses steel as raw material, by
continuous cold rolling molding to produce complex profiles

In terms of control, it is controlled by integrated PLC numerical
control. The whole rack forming machine includes three parts of
hardware: punching machine, feeding rack, and forming machine. The
punching machine is used to punch and shape the material and is a
necessary process for the shelf assembly of the finished product;
the unwinding rack is to automatically transport the material
during the production process; the forming host is to cold-bend and
press the fed material, and then pass the set Ruler cutting, so as
to obtain the finished column profile that meets the needs. In
production, except that the forming power is driven by the gear
sprocket, punching and cutting are all hydraulic power, and the
pressure can be automatically adjusted according to the processing
needs.
