Fruit Juice Filling Machine working process

The bottle is passed by air conveyor to the washing part. With clamp of bottle neck, turn 180 °, the bottle down. The nozzle of the bottle holder spits water and rinses the inside of the bottle. Bottle after rinse and drain the turn 180 °, the bottle up. The cleaned bottle is sent to the filling part. Into the bottle filling machine by the bottleneck of supporting board and under the action of CAM bottle, filling valve opens the material through the filling valve complete filling process, after the filling bottle fell out filling valve, the bottle into the screw cap machine. Keep the bottle upright and prevent rotation. The cover is rotated and rotated on the cover machine to complete the whole sealing process. The finished product bottle is transferred from the capping machine to the bottle delivery chain through the bottle release pulley, and then to the machine.

Fruit Juice Filling Machine Details

1. Washing Part: It is mainly composed of a bottle head, an upper disc and a guide rail.The bottle head rotates with the upper disc, and the bottle neck clamp is used to clamp the filling bottle neck, and then the rail is flipped by one hundred and eighty degrees, rinsed and dripped, then flip 180°.

2. 3. Capping Part: The capping mechanism is composed of three parts: a capper, a capping machine and a capper.The bottle is fed by the No. 3 card bottle plate, the card cover is completed, and the cap plate is sent out by the No. 4 card bottle plates.
