Separate platform
In order to facilitate the troubleshooting of the equipment, it is
equipped with four 360-degree rotary wheels under the platform. It
can be directly moved to the inspection position according to
actual needs when maintenance; the language of the operation panel
and system are in both English and Chinese.
The clamping uses pneumatic five-point pressure boosting clamping,
the clamping force is large and clean; the cylinders such as
clamping and track movement are all SMC
The drying tunnel adopts a single set of side-by-side heating,
which greatly reduces the footprint of the equipment;
The heating is performed by using a ruby infrared lamp with a
wavelength to save energy by about 25% compared with the yellow
quartz tube; and the front and rear adjustment can be performed
according to the structure of the preform;

A temperature control meter for a lamp, precise temperature control
and convenient adjustment
PLC and touch screen adopt Taiwan Delta, relays, circuit breakers,
switch buttons, etc. all adopt Schneider; the distribution of
electrical components is concentrated, the lines are orderly and
the corresponding names are attached to each accessory, which
greatly saves maintenance and overhaul time;
Bottle-out adopts manipulator, and the air delivery/conveyor belt
can be directly connected;
The embryo holder is more convenient to use for loading and
unloading;
The equipment equips with a wearing parts storage cabinet, easy to
find and more tidy
The external air source interface adopts 304 stainless steel
joints, which are more durable against rust and corrosion; and each
interface has the corresponding mark
