Pure Water Production Line
YGT CGF series production line for pure water is the latest hi-tech design, The quality of all equipment reaches the international advanced level. All machines obtain he advantage of good abrasive resistance, high stability, low failure rate, no pollution, low energy cost, and etc. Especially for the 3in1 drinking water filling machine, the equipment adopts bottle neck holding transmission technology to realize fully automatic rinsing, filling and capping. Each machine element that contacts with the liquid is made of high-quality stainless steel.
Product Application
The CGF series water production plant can be used in Water Factory,
Food and Beverage Factory or Manufacturing Fields.
Any purified water can be filled in 0.25-2L plastic bottles via this 3-in-1 machine. The mini capacity for this 12-head model is 4000 bottles per hour (500ml bottle). Various kinds of PET plastic bottles are applicable, such as round, flat, big or small bottles.

| 1.Bottle blowing machine | The Automatic PET Bottle Blowing/Making Machine is suitable for
blowing PET bottles of various shapes, volume from 100 ml to 2000
ml, wide application for blowing mineral water bottles, soda
bottles, cola bottles. 1 Bottle preforms are heated by infrared lamp tube. The temperature is controlled by the computer into a constant temperature and pressure setted value; 2 Advanced gas path design. It has dual air intake mechanism; 3 Programmable PLC controller is used and can automatically contro and monitor the running machines. |
2. Water treatment system | The water treatment plant is composed of water pump, silica sand
filter, active carbon filter, precision filter, reverse osmosis for
mineral water treatment, and etc. All equipment is made of food
grade stainless steel SUS 304/316. The RO equipment mainly separates organic material, colloid, small particle, bacteria. It has good effect on cleaning, sterilizing and concentrating big-molecule material. |
3. Water filling machine | The monoblock drinking water filling equipment adopts bottle neck holding transmission technology to realize fully automatic rinsing, filling and capping. This 3 in 1 water filling machine is mainly used for PET bottled liquid such as mineral water, pure water, stilled water, distilled water, etc. It also adopts advanced PLC control technology. The main electric elements adopt Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens, etc international famous products. In addition, the CGF series filling machine adopts hanging type conveying-bottle structure to make changing bottle mould more convenient and faster |
4. Labeling machine | This machine adopts international advanced technology, cover the circle label on the PET bottle, and then hot shrinking to fix on the position which bottle body designated. The machinery part adopts combination designing of modularization, and makes the machine reasonable. The height adjustment adopts motor fluctuating, it is convenient to replace the material. The special cutter head designing, make the film-rolling cut more accurately |
5. Packing machine | The PE film shrink wrapping machine can automatically array, aggregate and align PET beverage bottle or other similar articles, then package it with shrinking film, finally produce finished products after shrinking by heating, cooling and forming. The packaged product is firmly bound with excellent appearance,which can be opened conveniently. |
