Application:

this our automatic Peristaltic pump filling and capping machine is used for liquid products . It’s suitable for plastic or glass circular bottles.It can complete bottle feeding, filling, cap feeding and screwing automatically. The bottles are put into the bottle unscrambler manually,automatic filling, then the star wheel drives the bottle forward. Two vibration disk will keep the caps moving and transfer to the feeding position, then two head screwing cap.

With the reasonable design, only one operator is needed to put the bottles. It is widely used in pharmacy, food, cosmetics industry, such as skin care, facial cream, shampoo, moisturizing water, edible oil, lubricant, pharmacy liquid.

Features:

1. The filling system is applied with the peristaltic pump, which guarantees a high filling precision.

2. The filling nozzle was equipped with drip-proof device.

3. Filling system is equipped with a sensor. If no bottle detected, the filling will not work. It prevents the material from being wasted, and automatic output counting.

4. The filling nozzle goes down to the bottom of the bottle for filling, preventing bubbles, especially for cosmetics and pharmaceutical.

5. The machine could be installed with a low level storage hopper(optional) which makes the cleaning and disinfection easier.

6. A liquid level controller is installed to the hopper(optional). When it reaches at the highest level, the material feeding will stop. When it reaches at the lowest level, the material feeding will re-start automatically.

7. In the capping screwing system, all parts in touch with the caps are covered with a soft silicon gel. And it saves the caps from being scratching.

8. The ready-packaged connection is the main connection method which makes the assemble and dissemble very convenient.

9. It is applicable to all kinds of viscous and non-viscous liquid.

10. The whole system is controlled by PLC. The color touch screen make the operation simpler.

11. The most part of the machine is made from SS304. For special material, the contacting part is SS316L, which is able to reach the GMP standard.

12. The filling & capping machine can equipped with a dust cover to make it more sanitary (optional).

After the equipment are arrived at the customer’s site, the customer is responsible for unpacking and arranging the equipment according to the placement drawing; and does under our install-adjust technicians’ guidance. Costs of the staff are decided at last.

3.Quality assurance
