This Automatic nail polish filling machine is suitable for round
and flat of plastic and glass bottle.
The whole equipment is composed of a mixture of HG-SF-12 with a nail polish filling machines for bottle machine, bottle-filling machine, labeling machine and other components.
filling-->brush unscrambling-->brush inserting-->cap unscrambling-->cap screwing
Feature:
● All material contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel, and surface is made of 304 stainless steel, fully up to related food sanitation standard;
● Double dripping-proof mechanism
● Integrate automatic capping and vacuum cap-screwing in one;
● Cap-screwing torque and vacuum degree can be set as required, which guarantees the vacuum degree to absolutely reach the standard;
● It applies to vaccumized cap screwing of varied glass bottles and is highly compatible.
