304 Stainless Steel Beer Bottle Washing Machine and small washing machine with commercial washing machine
Application
this is our automatic bottle washer, which is used for diverse
specifications of bottles. Whatever new or old bottles of beer,
bottles of wine, bottles of beverage and so on. A set of machinery
consists of liquid filling machine and capper machine. This set
create an automatic line to product. The step of the automatic line
which are washing, bulking and packing. We also can offer
stand-alone belong to single-function of washing.
Main Features
1) Simple structure in linear type, easy in installation and maintain.

3) High pressure double crank to control the die opening and closing.

5) Apply a linker to connect with the air conveyor ,which can directly inline with filling machine .
Working procedure
Bottle entering →soaking→outer brusing→inner brushing→cleaning
water spraying and washing →drying→bottles come out
Note:the temperature of hot water containing soda: 50-55℃,
concentration of water containing soda is about 2.5%
