Description:
beverage mixing machine is used for producing all carbonated beverages (water, syrup, and CO2 mixing), for example lemon, coca cola, fruit’s juice and so on. It is the main equipment in whole beverage production line. (Especially for middle and higher standard beverage production).
Characteristic:
(1). This machine is adopted advanced technical from chemical field. – Static Mixing device (also named carbonization device), it has several advantages such as big acreage for air liquid transmission, low wasting for resistance, higher productivity, low wasting for energy resource, and concise structure, it also is adopted multi-grade centrifugal pump, which has favorable performance and low yawp. It ensures well performance for the whole equipment.
(2). Mixing proportion is not only precise, but also is easy to adjust. This machine can conveniently adjust the products’ qualities and proportion of syrup and water without changing any parts of the machine.
(3). This machine is adopted CO2 to circularly doff oxygen, it not only economize CO2, but also reach the purpose of removing oxygen.
(4). This machine can conveniently adjust volume of carbonation in terms of the requirement of beverage’s carbonation. It can be done through suitable operation and adjustment to complete the procedure.
(5). This machine has full automatic controlling system; it has advantage on concise structure, harmonious working action, continuous producing, and higher automatic performance.
(6). This machine has cleaning procedure in original position, favorable structure, it can conveniently sterilize with pointed chemical, hot sterilization and rinsing with sanitized water to meet the rules’ requirement of food’s sanitation.
