1. QGF series barreled production line consists of washing, filling and capping.
2. It is suitable for filling all kinds of round and square barrels with drinking water.
3. Those types(barrels/hour) are:100 type,150 type,200 type,300 type,450 type,600 type,900 type,1200 type.
4. The whole line is made of superior stainless steel, anti-corrosive and easy to clean.
5. The bottle washer can carry out multiple injections of washing to sterilize the bottles.
6. This line equips with water spraying device to sterilize capes of bottles in order to ensure those caps are aseptic and healthy.
Introduction
The filling line specially produces 5 gallon barreled drinking water.It has the following types:80 type,150 type,300 type,450 type,600 type,900 type.It integrates bottle washer, filler and sealer into one unit. In order to achieve the purpose of multiple injections of washing and sterilizing by means of liquid washing and bleaching are used in bottle washer,washing solution can be used circularly.The sealer can seal barrel caps are aseptic and healthy,this line can also automatically carry out washing,sterilizing,filling, capping, counting and products discharging.
