Description:

This small type fiberglass water treatment system for Bottle Filling is used to treat the raw water to pure water for home use or factory use , or bottle filling for market selling. This line is made as customer's need to meet with good quality but low price. It's easy to operate and maintenance.

Main parts:

1) Raw water tank

Used to storage the raw water , customer prepare the tank by ownself or also offered by us.

2) Raw water pump

Used to pump the raw water from the raw water tank to water filter one by one for purification.

3) Quartz sand filter

The equipment is a hermetically sealed chamber made of fiberglass set inside gritted rod. With sand filtering materials, the water passing get filtrated and clean . It's widely used in petroleum industry , medicine industry and beverage industry. It is general step tp get quality water.

It uses the interception of the filters material and the filtration function to remove the impurity pellet in great particle size, the density colloid and the suspension. This is one common way which has characteristics of low cost, operation to maintain, managing conveniently and so on. Its filter fineness is between 0.005~0.01um and can eliminate Colloid particle and High polymer organic matter effectively.

4) Active carbon filter

The equipment is a made of fiberglass. With active carbon filtering materials, the water passing get filtrated and clean.

Main function is to remove organic substance and residual chlorine. Inside is filled with water cleaning active carbon, the water after passing this filter: 1, 60% organic substance will be absorbed; 2, residual chlorine will be absorbed, the action is not only absorption, while it will generate catalysis on active carbon surface, so the active carbon will not be full absorbed, just lose little carbon.

After passing sand filter and active carbon filter, the water will meet standard to enter purifying device: SD1≤4；

5) Precision filter

The filter medium of the precise filter is made of micro-hole film, it is the modern advanced equipment for the filter and widely used in fine filter clearing and sterilizing filter in medicine, electrical, food industries.

6) Ro system

The reverse osmosis device is an equipment to purify the saline water with the action of pressure difference of semi permeable membrane. It is called reverse osmosis, as it is counter to natural penetration direction. Different materials have different osmotic pressure. The reverse osmosis method to adopt larger osmotic pressures is used to obtain the purpose to separate, extract, purify and condense.

More than 97﹪ soluble salts and 99﹪ glues, microbe, particulate and organic substances and etc can be removed with the reverse osmosis. It becomes the most idea equipment for the modern program of pure water, hyper pure water, and airspace water. The remarkable characteristics of the equipment are shown as lower energy consumption, no pollution, simple technologies, high water quality, easy operation and maintenance.

7) Ozone sterilizer / UV sterilizer

Ozone sterilizer is a product with extensive uses . The product is mainly used in the sterilization , deodorization and odor removal of tap water , mineral water, beverage water of swimming pool, hospital and etc . The product is also used in the purification of airs in public places and keeping fresh of fruits , vegetable and eggs .

8) Pure water storage tank

Used to storage the purified water for directly drinking, bottle water filling or beverage and food processing use .

9) Connection pipe and valves

Connect the water treatment system line with UPVC pipe and valves or stainless steel pipe and valves .

Applications:

1. The machine is mainly used to treat the to river water, well water, spring water, lake water and city water to directly drinking water for home use, factory beverage and food processing use, or packed in bottles, barrels , other containers for market selling .

2. It is used to remove the suspended solids , bacterial , organic substance and microorganism , plastic particles , microorganisms , chlorine , taste,some heavy metal ions and so on .
